Do I need to be technical to work with you?
Not at all. We handle everything end-to-end. You describe what you want automated in plain English and we take it from there. You don’t need to understand how Zapier or n8n work — that’s our job.
How long does it take to get an automation live?
Simple automations are typically live within 1–2 weeks of the discovery call. More complex multi-system builds take 3–4 weeks. We’ll always give you a clear timeline upfront.
What if the automation breaks or something goes wrong?
All our builds include monitoring. On retainer, we actively watch for failures and fix issues proactively — often before you even notice. On project builds, you get 2 weeks of post-launch support.
Which tools and platforms do you work with?
We primarily build on Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), and n8n. We can connect almost any app with an API — CRMs, e-commerce platforms, accounting tools, email marketing, Slack, Google Workspace, and more.
Can I cancel the retainer if it’s not working out?
Yes. Retainers are month-to-month with 30 days notice. No lock-in, no cancellation fees. We’d rather earn your business every month than trap you in a contract.
